& Leadership Course
February 2027
Step out of the rush of modern life and re-anchor into the wisdom and sacredness of the living earth. Over 8 weeks begin to reclaim eco-consciousness and a grounded, purposeful life.

Why Nature-based Mindfulness?
We live in a culture of constant acceleration, where our attention is fragmented, our nervous systems are overstimulated, and a sense of disconnection from ourselves and the earth is settling in.

Feeling overwhelmed by keeping up with the pressure of modern life and business as usual while there is a meta-crisis unfolding around the globe?
-
Navigating eco-anxiety, overwhelm and burn out and looking for more natural ways to co-regulate, connect and belong?
-
Want to understand how to transform your emotions and energy into meaningful engagement and a sense of purpose?
-
Seeking a community of like-minded leaders, professionals and practitioners dedicated to spiritual practice and intentional care for the living earth, more-than-human-kin and community?

Overview

Marion Miller
Nature-based Mindfulness Teacher, Coach, Eco-therapist & Artist.
My down-to-earth approach is informed by these core streams: Coaching Psychology, Mindfulness (MBSR) and more broadly the Insight Meditation tradition, Ecotherapy, The Work That Reconnects and Spiritual Ecology; all flowing into one emergent practice.
Along with coaching, teaching and facilitating, I am a studio artist working from my Glen Iris studio, and am currently developing The Eco Retreat, a nature-based retreat, organic farm, studio and landcare project on 70 acres in Boonah, Victoria.
