Our Programs
Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher Training Program
This is our two year program designed to support participants to deepen their meditation practice as well as to develop the knowledge and skills to teach Mindfulness and Compassion in various settings.
Foundational Courses
These programs offer introductory courses to give the core understanding of meditation, buddhas fundamental teachings.
Special Interest Courses
These courses offer exploration of contemporary topics, of particular interest to both new and experienced practitioners. These can deepen understanding and exploration of the dharma in action.
Scholarship Fund 27 - Dharma Teacher Pathway
One of our core values is to ensure the Dharma is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
To keep our community inclusive, we will draw from the scholarship fund to support trainee Insight teachers attending the training program who might otherwise face financial barriers to attending.
