About the course
Explore the mechanics of our lived experience
While mindfulness practice lays the foundation for presence and stability, insight into dependent arising reveals the mechanics of our lived experience: how perception, feeling, craving, identity, and suffering are continuously constructed and how they can be released.
This course supports participants to move beyond conceptual understanding and into direct, embodied insight, making these profound teachings accessible, relevant, and applicable in contemporary life.
The emphasis is on clarity, simplicity, and experiential knowing - learning the map, and then discovering it within one’s own body, mind, and relationships.
