About the course
Walking the Middle Way
The teachings of the Buddha's Eightfold Path offer a practical, balanced "Middle Way" to end suffering (dukkha), find inner peace, and ultimately attain liberation and enlightenment (nirvana).
The path provides a lifelong framework of interconnected practices divided into three core categories
This 6-session online course provides a contemplative space to explore these ancient teachings and integrate them into modern life. Rather than a rigid set of rules, the Eightfold Path is a living blueprint for cultivating inner stillness, ethical alignment, and mental resilience. Together, we will move beyond superficial wellness trends to study the foundational pillars of true well-being.
What We Will Explore
The curriculum is structured around the three core dimensions of the path:
Wisdom (Paññā): Cultivating a clearer perspective on reality. We will explore how shifting our views and intentions can break habitual patterns of stress and dissatisfaction.
Ethical Conduct (Sīla): Aligning daily actions, speech, and work with non-harming and integrity. We will examine how ethical living forms the essential baseline for a peaceful mind.
Mental Discipline (Samādhi): Developing steady awareness. Through guided meditation and reflection, we will practice mindfulness and concentration to ground ourselves in the present moment.
