Insight Meditation Dharma Retreat Teacher

Kate Amy is an Insight Dharma teacher, psychologist and psychotherapist with more than 25 years of Buddhist meditation practice.

She completed Dharma Teacher Training with the Insight Meditation Institute, mentored by senior Insight teacher Alan Bassal, and has been deeply influenced by her work with Dharma teacher Victor van der Hyde integrating imaginal practice and Soul Making dharma developed by Rob Burbea.

Kate teaches Insight meditation, Dharma courses and residential retreats in the Northern Rivers and beyond. Her teaching integrates classical Buddhist wisdom with modern psychology and neuroscience, compassion and somatic inquiry, exploring freedom, relationship and participation in the wider community of life.
